About the Bar

Why are some of the bars oily?
Kafa Bars are made with all natural ingredients including cashew butter. Since we don’t use any preservatives, it’s natural for there to be a little bit of oil separation over time. Your bar is 100% safe to eat and tasty until the expiration date.

Why does the nutrition label say 5 grams added sugar but you claim sweetened with clover honey?
The FDA classifies honey as a sugar so that is where the 5 grams of sugar comes from. Kafa Bars do not contain any refined cane sugar or corn syrup.

How much is 110 mg of caffeine compared to coffee or energy drinks?
A typical cup of coffee contains between 80mg-140 mg of caffeine. An 8 oz Red Bull contains 80 mg of caffeine.

Are Kafa Bars vegetarian?
Most people would classify Kafa Bars as vegetarian but not vegan. Our bars contain honey and dairy.

How do I store my Kafa Bars?
In order to minimize the previously mentioned natural oil separation, we recommend you keep your Kafa Bars refrigerated until you’re ready to eat them. Refrigeration is recommended but not required as Kafa Bars can be safely stored in a cool dry place.

How are Kafa Bars shipped?
All standard website orders and subscriptions are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Orders are shipped within 24 hours on business days (or on the specified subscription date) and typically take 2-3 days in transit.

Where can I buy Kafa Bars?
At the moment, we only sell directly from our website. Sign up for our mailing list and we’ll let you know when we add retail locations.

What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return of any unused or defective bars. Returns must be received within 30 days of original purchase and should be in the same condition as when it was received. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card and will be based on the number of unopened bars returned. Before sending back any products, please contact us at info@kafabar.com.
